Notice of Revocation

I received a Notice of Revocation. " Beneficial interest in trust has been revoked. So am I done with this timeshare? Can they later come after me for fees in arrears? I really just want to be done with it. If I'm going to get nailed with fees I should just give it away ASAP. TIA
