help me too
I am trying to buy a Westgate timeshare resale in Utah from an owner who purchased in 2008. If I go through a private deed transfer company and not through Land Equity title do I HAVE to have a copy of Westgate right to first refusal? The owner is trying to get me to do the legwork as he is selling for quite a reasonable price and I'm trying to move this along ASAP.
