Free Timeshare at Morritts Tortuga Club Grand Cayman Island

I have a FREE timeshare that is available to a good home. It is a one bedroom poolside unit at Morritts Tortuga Club on beautiful Grand Cayman Island in the Caribbean. This is a floating week so it can be booked any week of the year except Christmas week. The yearly maintenance fee is $860. The fee has not been paid for 2015. Upon payment of fee this unit will be available in 2015.
Unfortunately, due to heath and finance problems I am unable to continue with the yearly maintenance fees or travel. The owner transfer fee is $155 which you will also need to pay just one time. Although the unit is free the fees will need to be paid which I've outlined above. Please let me know if you are interested.

Hi Sunlover,

The resort had a "take back" program last year where they allowed you you give back your interval.

Contact L and M Solutions ( management company) to find out if this is still available.
