We purchased these to occupy but it turns out we are never planning to stay for the full week.

Week 27 is July 4 week close to half the years.

Full use of the tennis club and facilities is included with ownership while occupying.

Some of the townhouse units are two story with 2.5 baths and others are ground floor single story villas with 2 baths. There are both types within the same building structures.

Unit 625 is pending to a registered Tug member. Waiting to hear back from 'shannonl' on unit 614, so as of right now it is still available. 614 is the two story with 2.5 bath.

Unit 614 is still available. shannonl/coopfan1 (same poster) did not realize that they would be paying for the 2015 maint fee and the transfer fee.

Please be aware that the total monies due at contract will be $640, which equates to free. The resort charges $100 to transfer and the already paid maintenance fee for this year's usage was $540. This is July 4 week this year and next and a very easy rental so free usage is not going to happen.

I actually paid exactly $600 all in for unit 614 last March from Discount Timeshares / CJ with usage starting 2015 so I am taking a $610.70 loss on this unit ($1,159.40 loss on both). We aren't going to end up using it and I have too many weeks for exchange so I would rather let it go with a loss and focus on my job which has gotten very busy lately. I have very little time to mess with my timeshares right now.

Short walk to the beach, July 4 in the oldest city in America, and you get to bring your dogs

Unit 625 was gone in less than 48 hours to a knowledgeable tugger so get this one before it's gone too.

Two units for the same week or consecutive? You can always take 614 and then look for another.

Is this still available?

Sorry for the late response. Both units were taken. The transfers for both were mailed to the resort yesterday.
