Cheap Transportation from LGA to Manhattan Club?

Last year we used a car/limo service which was supposed to be cheaper than a taxi. Of course, I can't remember the name.
Any help on any with any transportation would be appreciated.

You can use their printable discount coupons too - you need to call their toll free number to get the codes to enter onto the coupons.

Or Super Shuttle... or there are a few more just like them, if you don't mind riding in a van w/others and possibly making a couple of drop-offs before yours.

There's an area at LGA where a couple of them have desks next to each other - actually we didn't reserve in advance, we just signed up for the soonest one going out. Less wait time!

I don't know about coupons, nor how their prices compare with Carmel Limo Service.

Is it really more convenient or better to hire a car pickup rather then just get a taxi from LGA? Do you ever have to wait or get put with others? I read a lot of people hiring cars but the times we have gone its just so simple to walk out the door and get in the taxi line which moves fast. What happens if there are airline delays etc if you order a car?

Many people would prefer to ride in a Lincoln Town Car with leather seats rather than a taxi - the cost either way is close.

Re Flight delays - after you retrieve your luggage or when you get to the arrival gate, you call the limo company and give them your confirmation number. They tell you where to meet your limo driver and give you his/her name and car number. They often ask for a description of the clothing you're wearing.

The waits are not long.

Taxi vs. Carmel?

Does anyone know how much a taxi from LGA to the Manhattan Club cost?

Carmel for two people after $4 coupon costs $20.

How did you figure $20?

Their base rate from LGA to Manhattan is $28 but doesn't include tolls and tip.
The $4 off coupon is per trip - not per person.

I don't remember the exact taxi fare from MC to LGA but my recall was it was within a couple dollars of what the Carmel Limo fare was (that includes tolls and tip for both).
