I have two separate deeds, both EOY even. (154K & 168 K) that I am looking to get rid of.

With all 2016 points available for each.

154K Fairfield Mountains - converted fixed week
168K Smokey Mountains TN - UDI points

Total MF $74/month.

Definitely don't wish to pay anything, i.e. transfer fee, or deed prep fee.

Would consider giving away but I have read that Wyndham points are worth something ?

The small contract and EOY make it difficult to move these, even if there is an increased market value. Remember that is usually an out-the-door market value for the buyer.

Can you provide a breakdown of the MF between the two contracts (in case someone wants one but not the other)? Does your MF rate include the Wyndham Program Fee? And what is the underlying converted fixed week for Fairfield Mtns?

Thanks.
