We are looking to get out of our timeshare at Grandview Las Vegas. Its a deeded floating week with 49k RCI points. Maintenance fees are $395 per year.
If you pay all the transfer fees we will sign it over to you. We just have not had time to use it the last couple of years, so we are not wanting to keep paying for it.
Owned Free and Clear, only costs going forward are the Maintenance fee and RCI membership
Currently have 98k points banked, What ever is banked we are willing to transfer as well if fees are covered.
Transfer fees are roughly $500.
-Grandview has a $250 ownership transfer fee
-LT Transfers roughly $125 for document prep
-RCI ownership Transfer is $100
