Does anyone know anything about Magical Holidays? It looks like thet have some good FL rentals on thier website. The listing says "INCLUDING ALL TAXES AND SERVICE CHARGES!!" but then at the bottem it says "Date Surcharge (1/31/2015, 2/21/2015) for $350 per unit".

I tried to find a place to call or email them could not find one!

Is this place ligit?

A few in S and VA, a single resort in NC, MD, PA, and UT, plus Jamaica and the Bahamas
I believe Magical Holidays is the same person who posts here as Frenzy021 and somehow is authorized to sell/rent rci last minute and extra vacation inventory.

The date surcharge reminds me of the inventory found on Skyauction which also has access to excess RCI inventory.
Edit:
You can only ask the same question once not in each developer sub forum even if the inventory is relevant to both. You either have to pick one or post in the general renting, buying, etc forum
