As title state - timeshare is already paid off. It's Gold season, 2BR villa. I have a 3 nights reservation from 8/29 to 9/1 included for you and your family to use. you can have this and the vacation if you're willing to pay for closing. Transfer will be done by Legal Timeshare.

PM for more info.

folks, the MF for 2013 was 950.96. I haven't heard of any special assessment so the MF won't increase dramatically.

this is a 2BR villa good for 8 people(stated on mystarcentral) it's Gold season but also floating meaning you can book any other week as long as it is available.

i haven't trade but from other members here, this TS trade well within Starwood using II. Some said they were able to trade in Starwood resort in Hawaii.

Legal timeshare will charge around 150 to complete the transfer. since the new owner will get the remaining usage this year, i think it's fair to pay for the closing. If you can't use the resort during the Labor Day weekend, you can cancel and book something else.

I hope this helps.

It will rent well too if you book a good week (July 4th this year for about $1500).

As stated earlier in the thread the two bedroom unit being given away was $950.96 for 2014. A lock off is $1189.96, but that's not this unit type.
