Giving this timeshare away. 2014 maintenance fees are paid, 2014 week is available for use. No reimbursement for those items required. Buyer to pay the closing fees with Legal Timeshare Transfers and the resort transfer fee.

Week 36 - it is a 52 week float so you can trade for another week
Unit 2020
1 bedroom villa
Maximum Occupancy 4

This is my only timeshare so please feel free to ask questions if I've left anything out. I am the original owner of this week.

See? I knew I would miss something. The annual fee I just paid was $477. It consisted of a maintenance fee of $343 and membership fee of $134.

Thank you for asking.

The new owner would not pay the membership fee since SDO is a voluntary and SVN membership doesn't transfer. They tried to charge me the SVN fee this year and I explained that if they wanted to give me Star Options I would gladly pay the fee, alas they didn't bite, just removed the fee.

*This week would be a great entry level II trader for Starwood to Starwood trades. It has the Starwood priority in II. The resort has also been recently renovated.

So, can you just add it to your existing Interval International account and not pay any additional fees unless you trade it?

Of course I understand maintenance fees would be do each year.

You can add it to a PERSONAL II Acct., but II charges every time you add a TS to the Acct., unless you pay to extend your membership at the same time.

There is a detailed walk-through at the top of the Starwood forum (Starwood and II have different rules.)
