We are selling our time share at the Tahiti Village for free. It's located at 7200 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, Nevada. http://www.tahitivillage.com/index_m.html
We have a two bedroom unit which is the biggest in this resort. Each unit sleeps 4. Two on a bed and two on a sofa bed. The bigger unit has a full size kitchen and the smaller unit has a kitchenette. We have one floating week, weeks 1 to 50, all except for Xmas and New Year.
You can use the unit separately that means you have a total of two weeks. When depositing with Interval International, you have a choice of depositing the whole two bedroom unit or two one bedroom units.
It is right across from the premium outlets, and it has a Wholefood close by as well. They also have shuttle services and it is very convenient.
We like it very much but since we travel more overseas visiting families, timeshare just doesn't quite work out for us anymore.
Buyer just pays for closing costs and transfer fees.
The Maintenance Fees will be approximately $898.54 and run from March to February each year.
However, we believe that Soleil Management wants the maintenance fee at transfer.
Also, the transfer fee is $95.00 plus $350.00 for the General Fund.
We prefer to use one of the TUG recommended closing company to deal with the paperwork.
Thanks for looking.
