Cabo Azul Resort: Los Cabos, Mexico
Riviera Shores Resort: Capistrano Beach, CA
Cedar Breaks Lodge & Spa: Brian Head, UT

season owned: flexible/year round, available points 6600, allocated points: 111
maintenance fee: $545.00/year
current reservations: None
Maintenance Fee: $136.25 paid quarterly, due 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, 10/1
New Owner will assume quarterly maintenance fee payments starting April 2015
First Quarter 2015 maintenance fee already paid by Current Owner (MGV Platinum Owner)
111 Monarch Grand Vacation points are issued bi-annually in March of odd years.
We're on fix income and can't travel anymore due to health reason. Would like to give it to anyone. Thank you!!
