Cost to new owner would be the 2015 maint fee, transfer fee & any other cost associated with closing.

Be advised--- Southwind Management (Spinnaker Resorts) requires a $1500. prepayment of future MF's to transfer any new deed to buyer. This has to be considered by any purchaser. eBay sellers pay this fee for the buyer (reimburse actually) in most sales. Let this not be a surprise to both partys in this sale.

BTW----- this is a good deal. Spinnaker won't let me buy any more intervals--- another "rule" that solves nothing. Good luck.

Actually it's just $750 for biennials... So only a little bit higher than the maintenance fees that are due in a few months. Although since it's so close to the due date they may require the fee for 2017 fees.

Could you please confirm this unit can be deposited with II ?

Fixed weeks at waterside can't be deposited with Interval International.

I received a message from an interested party on Oct 22 and I just received a copy of the deed registered in their name. Not sure if the taker was from Tug. I listed it here and on Craigslist. They took care of everything and it was very painless for me. Hope they enjoy it as much as we have.

I'm glad u got lucky. I have a unit, just like yours, there and maint. fees are due and have jumped from $701 to $745. I haven't been able to give it away.
