I own Week 49 (usually the Grand Illumination Week) at Williamsburg Patriots Place and wishing to give it away as we are not using the week or exchanging it.

All closing fees to be paid by seller!

Does this mean buyer pays nothing until 2016 maintenance fees are due? Or are there other transfer and incidental fees?

Yes, I will pay all the transfer/closing fees and the new owner will owe nothing until 2016.
