LOW ANNUAL FEES, STEPS TO BEACH ACCESS, COMPLETELY RENOVATED!!

Barrier Island's Ocean Pines in Duck on North Carolina's Outer Banks.

Week 2, Unit in "C" Building (Oceanside), which is steps to the resort's beach access. Views from the upper deck.

All units have been completely renovated inside and out.

Owners and guests also have use of the amenities at sister resort, Barrier Island Station Duck (about two miles south of Ocean Pines).

For those that live on the Outer Banks, there is day use to use amenities, beach, and on-site parking.

I will include deeding and transfer costs for ownership, as well as pay the 2016 maintenance fee. First use would be January 9-16, 2016.

Unit is townhouse style with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, fireplace, washer and dryer, carport and two decks. Below is link to my web page for the resort description and some recent pictures, and for Barrier Island Station Duck.

The 2015 maintenance fee was $506. I have received my 2016 maintenance fee statements for the resort and the maintenance fee is $506.

Please email or PM with any questions. I am a long time owner at these two Duck resorts.
