I have 2 Summer Bay weeks free to good home.
1). 2 BR, 2 BA sleeps 8, float 1-52 week 16, with Saturday check in. $823 2015 condo fees paid and the week is still available to use in 2015. Excellent location for the condo, only steps to main reception office. Fully paid off. I will pay half of the $200 for closing.
2). 3 BR lock out, Float Even year, week 22 with Sunday check in. First use is in 2016. Float week #22. Jan 2-Feb 13, Apr 30-Jun 11, August 27-Dec. 17. $1026 Condo fees paid in 2 yearly installments. $513.00 condo fee already paid in 2015 and $513.00 fees to be paid in 2016. Steps to main reception office, as well. Will pay half of the $200 closing as well.
