OK, after 1 1/2 years they say the buyer backed out and they went to court but the court backed the buyer and not them and I'm out my $2000. Told them this was a scam and I'm going to report it.
Does any know where I can go to report this? TG I'm not going broke over the $$ but it was the principle. I should know better.:(

The attorney general in the state where they are located.

Just so you know, there never was a buyer, or lawsuit - that's just baloney.

These companies do this for one thing - the upfront fees - they have no intention of selling your timeshare.

Their address is 925 Main St, STE 300-30, Stone Mountain, GA 30083 but the consumer's protection said they could not identify an address verifying that VM maintains a physical location in GA. Seems strange since it's on the receipt I have for my credit card. Perhaps I should all my card company.

Eddy-Aldava could face up to 25 years in prison, a fine of $250,000 and five years of supervised release. In addition, Eddy-Aldava could be ordered to pay restitution to the victims of her crime.

The prosecution of this case is being handled by Assistant U.S. Attorney Scott Verseman and Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Vanessa Lu.
