We own two Marriott's and have an offer on a third . This unit has served us well over the years but my wife and I decided to continue to build our Marriott portfolio for our kids and eventual grand kids to join us. In general Marriott's are more kid friendly.

Unit
A 2 bedroom unit - deeded fixed week 31 (August 1 - 8th 2015). Maintenance Fee in 2015 was $665. It has been paid. The MF in 1995 was about 365 so increases have been moderate.

Transfer fee is 200 and this includes deed transfer and title search. (I will pay this.) First use is 2016.

Trades II - My 2015 was traded for a one bedroom at the Marriott Aruba Ocean Club Jun 22nd - 29th to give you an idea of trade value.
If someone wants to pick up 2015 MF and trade cost we can discuss the Aruba trade going to the new owner.

In RCI It has a TP of 23. I always belonged to II (from my Marriott week) so I have never traded within RCI.

It trades within the 10 Legacy Vacation Club Resorts (LVC).
The unit is a high season week within LVC so you have no season differential to trade into any LVC resort at any time. There will be a 99 trade fee to trade. If a resort within LVC has a 3 bedroom, you have an additional $39 fee to get the 3 br. The LVC Lake Buena Vista and either the Spa or Oak have a few 3brs. If you trade down to a 1 br, you do not get two 1 br trades.

LVC Resorts
Florida -Lake Buena Vista, Orlando – Oak, Spa and Resortworld, Indian Shores and Palm Coast
Colorado – Steamboat Springs Suites, Steamboat Springs Hilltop
Reno
NJ - on Brigantine Island (minutes from Atlantic City ), Brigantine Beach Resort

I had to move the Aruba exchange from June 22nd to August 22nd using the eplus feature of II. I now have a studio at the same resort.

If someone wants the resort I will include the exchange for the cost of the guest certificate.

So deal now is 2015 MF paid and for the cost of the guest certificate you can have the Aruba trade (from this unit) and we will split transfer cost.
