Giving away my deeded Orlando (Kissimmee) Mystic Dunes Resort and Golf Club 2BR Lock Off. Sleeps 8, Odd years. Float Week. This year Easter Week 4/4/15-4/11/15 has been reserved. There was a lot of availability the month of September that I could most likely switch to if Easter doesn't work. Maintenance for 2015 was $1227. Maintenance for 2015 has been paid, I am paying a broker to deal with sale and closing so things run smoothly, I will also pay closing costs and the transfer fee so that you will be able to take a 2015 vacation for free. I have never been to the resort to stay. We only visited it and purchased a timeshare while in Orlando. We have always split up and deposited our weeks with interval international and had two weeks vacation instead of one. We would either end up with a studio or one bedroom which was fine without any kids. All of our trips were to Mexico and family members used it in Arizona. You can also decide to split up your 2BR at the home resort and stay in a smaller unit for 14 nights total instead of 7. Just not using it anymore and too many young kids now for all the traveling:) Thanks for your interest.

WKORV, WKV, 2-SDO, 4-Kauai Beach Villas, Island Park Village (Yellowstone), Hyatt High Sierra, Dolphin's Cove (Anaheim)
How much is the maintenance fee?

I'd add "Orlando" to the topic (click EDIT and then ADVANCED EDIT)

Once you make a good reservation - add that info. to your thread.

Can't hurt to try to reserve a desirable week, It can always be cancelled, if it doesn't work into the buyer's schedule
