Hi there, I have a week at Hanalei Bay I'm looking to part with. I bought this timeshare 13yrs ago after I fell in love with Kauai and the resort. That was a while ago and now I'm looking for more travel flexibility and don't want to bother with exchanges (even with top trade value)

- Shares a beach with the St. Regis Princeville Resort! (over $500/night)
- 1BR, 2BA, sleeps 4 w/sofa bed, full kitchen (all units recently renovated)
- Every Other Year - Odd Years
- Deeded
- Float week (reserve up to 24 months in advance)
- Mortgage fully paid off
- $1,132 MF for 2015 (unpaid)
- It's available for use this year and booked for August.

Please PM me with an offer! I will consider ALL legitimate offers even if you just want to take it for nothing. Best offer gets it so try your luck, if interested.

If you want an honest answer: There are a lot of timeshares in Princeville, they aren't ocean front, and many have no views - that hurts demand. Also, Kauai is not as popular as Maui and Oahu.

Don't get me wrong - Kauai is my favorite Island, and I own 7 weeks there - all ocean front - and I got 6 of them completely free.

What are the views like from hanalei bay one bedrooms? Is it variable so you might get parking lot or ocean? Or are you guaranteed an ocean view? I'd be interested if I'm guaranteed an ocean view.

Views completely depend on where they assign you. No parking lot views! Even just mountain views are very pretty. First week here we had just a mountain view and were actually very happy with it. Now our second week, different unit, we also have a partial bay view. It is spectacular here! Their renovations make it feel like a pretty up scale resort. Units are so spacious it's crazy!

Never want to leave... :-/
