This is for a junior suite. Currently this is for a Silver Flex membership. This means you have 7 days to use the unit during the year. However, you are only able to use it Sunday – Thursday (no Friday or Saturday night stays). The Flex option allows you to book either one day at a time or multiple day visits.
Anniversary date is in June. Maintenance fees are paid through May 2015 are $2226 per annum. This comes out to ~$320 per night which is a better rate for similar accommodations in this area of the city. Message me for more additional details. Transfer cost is $1,000 through the Manhattan Club. I will cover fees.
