I've had an ad in Bargain Basement at this same resort for a year and haven't gotten any interest either. I'm close to following the OP's direction...

I have stayed at this resort on a trade and quite enjoyed it. I'm surprised someone hasn't bit. Perhaps the maintenance fees?? Good luck!
