This four-season, 2,200-acre resort is nestled along the scenic Delaware River in the beautiful Poconos. Guests can enjoy the recreation center, including indoor pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, locker rooms, indoor gymnasium, games room, workout room, and more. There is downhill skiing and snow tubing nearby. Tennis, outdoor pools fishing, mountain biking, picnic area and children's play area are on property. Enjoy other amenities with discounts at the Shawnee affiliated locations. Resort offers daily activities and seasonal trips. No pets please.

I can see it is a Saturday check in ... what is the unit number?
Is it attached unit to another or free standing on all 4 walls?
Is it the most northerly building with the large number of steps from the parking lot?
What are the 2015 MFs?
Will you be paying the MFs before April 2015 (the due date for Wyndham resorts MFs --- yes, it is NOT Jan 1, 2015)?
Does the unit have a washer/dryer?
Have the HOA replaced the built in CRATE furniture in the LR yet???

The unit should have a wood fireplace in the Living room and a 1/2 bath under the steps. The full length porch under a roof should face the Delaware River direction (not screened in, but it is February week).

On the plus side: This week 7 converts to 166,000 points which might be UNDER $5 per 1K in MF including the Program Fee. If ANYONE is looking to buy direct Wyndham points, you get to convert up to 2 currently owned Fixed Weeks to points for $189 each week; you can also PIC 2 non Wyndham resort fixed weeks (must NOT be II resorts and not converted to RCI points - best be 3 or 4 bedroom units) ... those points count as Developer Brought points.

MF is due April 1st. Six hundred something dollars. Unit D121

Can you tell me more about those points? Does it make sense to convert our weekly ownership to points? They offered us conversion for $$$$$s but we don't want to pay big money.
