2bdrm unit for sale at the Historic Powhatan Resort in Williamsburg, VA. This trades through RCI (#1046). This is a deeded for week 7. You have your choice of unit 442C or 442D. Maintenance fee is $616.61 annually and has been paid for 2015.

How much is the transfer cost?

Who is paying the transfer cost?

Is it a fixed week 7?

If it's not a fixed week 7, is the 2015 usage available, and has a reservation been made?

There is a $50 transfer fee that will be paid by me.

It is a fixed week 7 but has not been booked/used for 2015. However, the week can be deposited into RCI and I am willing to book via RCI for the buyer.

If it is a true fixed week, it must be deposited before week 7, and week 7 starts Feb. 13th. Is it some kind of fixed/float week?

Correct. What I find unusual is that I always thought the unit (442 in this case) was sold as a 4 bdrm lockout (C/D) so I wonder how one could sell half of the lockout and keep the other half.
