Southwind Management requires a prepayment of $750 toward future MF's. This must be paid directly to the resort at closing to complete the transfer. This will cover most of the next year's Maintenance Fees.
Closing will be with LT Transfers - to be paid by buyer. Their rates for SC last time I checked were $125 plus $7 postage and recording fees. Less than $200 total.
