Not mine, but a Ebay listing - I hear they are good traders, and it might make a decent rental/ownership unit, which is what I was tempted to consider as we like the resort ourselves. Currently $1 on ebay and closing in like 10 hours from this posting. Casa del Campo is the lower end and older of the Gold Crown Woodstone, but because it's associated with those units and a peak week lockout I hear it trades well on RCI - no personal idea of TPUs, though. Half of the lockout has a huge in-bedroom whirlpool tub and full kitchen. The other 1-BR unit is the same less the oven, smaller frig in the kitchen and no whirlpool tub. Each has a pull-out couch so they list it as 4-persons per side.

MFs are $292.50 annual, and will have to be paid for 2015 usage. Looks like all other fees (closing, transfer, 2014 MFs are up to date) are being paid by seller.

Sorry, but I don't know more, and likely can't answer any questions but thought someone here might be interested.

Listing is at http://www.ebay.com/itm/WOODSTONE-A...Timeshares&hash=item2c91152cc8#ht_5834wt_1349

I have never heard of Massanutten being a good trader. It's an overbuilt area with tons of availability.

No expert here

The resort is certainly overbuilt. Supply is dwindling a bit during summer months since they stopped building. I thought I had read that someone here had good luck with peak summer months in RCI on Woodstone specifically - perhaps not Casa del Campo. I'm no expert, for sure, and getting it as a trader for this summer will certainly suffer TPU loss as it won't be traded into RCI early enough to get max TPUs.

It is still a good deal for someone looking to get a peak July month at Massanutten - MFs are low there for the housing that you receive. Amenities and such is a matter of personal preference. We love it, others hate the mountains and the costs of the activities - each to his own on that score.
