Just a bump. still available

Just so you (or anyone wishing to pick this up) know, these would be considered "dirty points" meaning the new owner would not be a member of "The Club" and can only use them for resorts within the US Collection (and many of those resorts are great resorts). As of my last "Owner's Update" with Diamond back in November, an owner of dirty points can make them "clean points" (aka in "The Club") by purchasing half the number of dirty points owned from Diamond (in this example, owning 15,000 dirty points, one can purchase 7,500 points from Diamond and have the 15,000 dirty points turned into clean points for a total of 22,500 clean points.....but one must ask (okay, demand) to have that happen. It will not happen automatically as Diamond really doesn't want to do this but will do so to get a sale).

Happy Holidays All,
Just wanted to update my post, the 3000 saved points will not transfer with this contract according to DRI, so its for the 15,000 points. I also have a 3000 point contract available you can have both for a total of 18,000 pts annually either way I will pay the transfer fee or fees plus majority of the 2015 MF if anyone interested or has questions just drop me a email or PM. THANKS!!!

How much are clean points through Diamond?

13 December 2014 (my last owner upgrade), the list price for points in the US Collection is $7.87 per point. Now that is the list price, not the price one would really pay after an hour or so of negotiating. Just to give an example, I purchased 10,000 points this summer to go Gold. The list price over the summer was $7.79 per point and I ended up paying $2.56 a point and got a free cruise out of the deal (okay, took 2 hours to get that deal).
