I just checked into Riverside suites in San Antonio. I have a 2 BR plus for 4 night. The 2 bedrooms are downstairs and the living room and kitchen is upstairs. There are also 3 bathroom. 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. Plus a balcony off the living room with a hot tub on it. Also Jetted tubs in all the bathroom. Pretty nice place so far. In an outstanding location.

I would love to own at Riverside Suites. I absolutely love San Antonio and it's only about a 4 hour drive for me

Mark - How was the check in process? We stayed at La Cascada recently and checked out Riverside Suites while we were there. It looked like you had to park on the street in front on the building to do the unloading. Did they have a cart to use? Also how does parking a car work at this resort?

Hope you enjoy your stay and thanks for the updates.

Not mark but I can answer

You park across the street in the loading zone and go up stairs to check in. They give you a key card for the public parking garage a block down the street. There is a fee but as I recall it seemed reasonable to me. I was traveling light so I didn't need a cart

Yes you have to park on the street to unload. They do have plenty of carts to use. It costs $12 per day to park with in and out privileges.

When I checked into Wyndham Riverside suites, the concierge helped with the bags and set up a visit for the next morning at 8:30 for someone to come by and give us our wrist bands for the free shuttle and tell us about the area. Ok, I thought, I haven't done an in room room update before, I'll give it a try.
They called at 8:00 to confirm, and to let me know he'd be a little late. I told him I had to leave at 9:00. No problem, we will be done before 9:00.
He arrives about 8:35, gave us us our wrist bands, asked a few survey questions and talked to us about our ownership. He then gave me a piece us paper and told me to bring it over to gifting at the other San Antonio Wyndham and they would give me my Dream book and $25.00 gift card. I said, "so I don't have to go through a full sales presentation for that". He said, "No, you get it for the in room update". He was gone before 9:00. I dropped by gifting and picked up the Dream Book and $25. I thought it was worth that little update. I actually got some good info and it took less than 30 minutes.
