I currently have Wyndham timeshare...92,000 points....trying to sell it....I am not current on my maitanance fees...current employment situation is desolate. Just lost my husband my home and my career job...wow. Any help would be great!

You keep posting this same thing, in different words, in any thread you find. This will not help us help you.
First thing is to define what you have (simply saying "92k points" is not sufficient). That would not be considered an ad since you are simply trying to determine value. But if you then take that and starting posting "take my Wyndham off my hands, it's a great deal at $xxx (or even free)" you've crossed the line into advertising and your info will be deleted. Once you determine a value, then post in the TUG marketplace (must be TUG member) or bargain deals forum.
Is your contract Club Wyndham Access or is it deeded to a specific resort? If deeded, which resort?
Is it straight UDI points, or is it a fixed week converted to points? If converted, what is the underlying fixed week?
Is it annual or Every Other Year? If EOY, is use in the odd years or even years?
Do you have a mortgage/loan on it still?
What are the annual maintenance fees? What is the total you are in arrears?
