Hi, I am buying a TS for the first time. Closing company is Manzo and Associates Inc in Florida. I've searched TUG and TUG/Google, but the name does not turn up. Has anyone ever heard about/dealt with them?

Thanks so much!

as a buyer, you should have no problems demanding the use of your own closing company to handle the transfer.

Uh, can you let the big ebay resellers know about that? ;)

I would never suggest buying a timeshare from an entity that required you to use a closing company you never heard of...or one you could find no information on.

Brian - ALL the big ebay resellers require you to use their affiliated closing company...

I am going through this closing company now for a recent purchase. They have been very responsive in terms of communication, both by phone and by email. So far, I have been quite satisfied with them. I'm waiting for deed recording at the moment.
