I have one biennial week in a one-bedroom for week 22, even years (first usage year was 2014). paid in full, but maintenance fees for this year are outstanding. also, I'm pretty sure RCI likes to get money every year, and I haven't done that either. why? because unemployment, yay!

I am willing to give this baby away if someone is willing to pay the outstanding fees and the transfer costs.

the annual maintenance fees are $183.75. a $30 late fee has been applied so the current outstanding amount is $213.75.

RCI fees, according to the renewal notice, appear to be $86(cad) per year. please note that this is weeks-based - I got the upgrade-to-points sales call last year and chose not to spend the additional $8000 for which they were asking.

pm if interested.

Thank you for your post.

Can you please post what the maintenance fee is.

FYI - you can get the title transferred for about $150.

this has nothing to do with anything, but we have the same first name and last initial. I am amused by this.

actually relevant to your post - I have edited my post to add the maintenance fee information.

:hi: DENISE :hi:

Is your usage odd or even years?

So it's converted to RCI points? That is a selling point.

Do you know how many points you get and what the RCI fee is?
