Building 9100 is Gardenia, 9200 is Jasmine - both of those are the Gardenview section in behind the Westin hotel. Building 9400 is Morning Glory with Oceanside and Oceanfront Units; the ..5. designates fifth floor but I'm not sure if Unit #2 is oceanfront. I'm sure somebody else on TUG can answer that.

There's a map in the Barony Resort Images section of the TUG Resort Database (may require log-in.)

Call the Barony

My recommendation is to call the resort and ask the front desk what view category coincides to the villa number. I do know in the other ocean front building (Sea Oat) the rooms ending in 1-5 aRE OCEANSIDE and 6-9 are the oceanfront. Best to call the resort.

Good Luck!

PLEASE be careful here. I think you're referring to an ebay auction with a seller who has a poor rating here on TUG. IA Vacations and Redweeksforless (in various forms) are not rated well. Their company, IA Vacations has a D- rating on the BBB (last I looked). http://www.bbb.org/knoxville/busine...anies/ia-vacations-in-sevierville-tn-90003947

The closing company, American Timeshare Closings, is also quite negatively rated. You are required to use them in the transaction. Here is some information:

http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/american-timeshare-closing-llc-c270249.html

The BBB rates them with an "F" and revoked their accreditation.

http://www.bbb.org/knoxville/busine...-timeshare-closing-in-sevierville-tn-90005226

You didn't mention a seller name, but I've seen these units appear on ebay before, the same unit numbers too. I've read here on TUG that often, this seller doesn't even own the units they are trying to sell.

I watch ebay often, and this is one auction that I'd steer clear from. There are terrific deals out there with reputable sellers. One reputable one just sold a Grande Ocean Silver week for less than $600 + closing. Watch for those.

Hi,
I'm actually a licensed estate agent with the Kozlowski Team who is going to list this for my client...but thank you for the heads up with regards to Ebay..There are so many "post card" companies out there on Ebay that really don't care about what they are selling etc..

Well, the same units (at least 2 of them) are now listed with another seller on ebay. Either your seller backed out, or you are selling as "redweeks4less", or there's something else funky here. I'm certain at least 2 of those units are available right now on ebay.

FYI, those Silver and Gold weeks currently on Ebay are listed (advertised) as LOCKOFF units, and as everybody knows, Barony has no lockoffs.

and for that matter, Marriott has no resorts with lockoffs on Hilton Head, period.

It definitely could be just a coincidence, because obviously the unit numbers are just for deeding purposes and there are many weeks for one unit, but it seemed strange, plus after reading this thread: http://www.tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=114340

it made me concerned. Redweek's feedback is mostly about coins, but the auctions themselves are private, which is really weird too. You can't look back and see what the buyer was leaving feedback about.

The same units (numbers) are selling on Ebay?? Can you send me a link? I guess they changed their minds and went with someone else or they had already paid an upfront fee company to sell it for them..I have been with the Kozlowski team for six years now and I'm sure if you are a regular user on tug, you have heard of Judi..a very respected person in the industry. I am calling the potential client now..
