Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, I find I will not be able to utilize a reservation that I have for The Manhattan Club in November. In listing it on several sites, I noticed others listed their units as accommodating 5 with a cot in the room. I have someone that would like to rent this unit from me and there will be two adults and three children. I contacted MC to find out if this was possible with a Junior Suite. I was told yes. I called back today to reconfirm things and find out the policy in reserving a cot. I was told that a rollaway bed could be purchased for $25/day. None of the listings that referred to a 5th person in the unit with a cot included any info about an additional charge. Also, when I asked about pre-reserving, they said that they do not reserve these in advance.
Anyone familiar with this or had an experience with utilizing a rollaway at MC? I am not a Manhattan Club member and this is not an RCI or II exchange, nor is it a reservation by a MC Member.
