We are very familiar with the resort and area. Going to set up a trade soon. I notice RCI has the 2BRs listed as:

sleeps 6 - 4 privately
and
sleeps 6 - 6 privately

Anyone one know the difference before I grab one?

Thanks - I ended up calling the resort. The person really didn't know what I was talking about and gave me the typical set up. She did mention that a few of the units have lofts. My guess.....these are the ones that sleep 6 privately. They are in the main building.

I don't believe the rooms are as nice as the new building way up no the hill to the right. But, for the winter, I'd prefer the main building anyway to be closer to the pool and not have to walk/drive to get to it in the cold.

We rent from a private owner here for XMAS week as our son lives in Plymouth, NH. We ask for the Jackman building, top floor- I think that is the one you are thinking of- farther away from the lodge. This way we can drive right up and the top floor is actually level with the parking lot, making it easy to unload the car, etc. Plus, the washer dryer is there as well.

I remember a few times the parking lot was icy, but I called and they came out right away with the sand and salt. But you are right- much easier if you are in the main building in winter to access the lodge and pool/gym, etc.

Enjoy!

The units with the lofts in the main building are not as nice or new as the newer buildings, but they are decent enough. We stayed in one last summer.
