My father passed away before he and my mother could ever even use this time share. It is paid in full, and my mother pays the ~$600 maintenance every year. I would love to give this to someone who would actually use it. No cost...you just take over the maintenance.

Studio unit on the Big Island, one floating week.
Can join RCI or Interval Internation for exchanges for additional fees.

Thanks and God bless.

Welcome to TUG I am sorry to hear of your mother's situation.

I hope you won't mind just a few suggestions to make your post more informative.

Is the float an all year float or what weeks are available?

When would the use of the timeshare start? This year or next? if 2014, has a reservation has been made? If so, when is it?

And when you say free other than taking over Maintenance Fees, are you offering to pay the transfer and closing costs? Or would you be looking to the new owner to pay those?

These are suggestions that have been made in previous TUG posts.

Thank you.

--It is an all year float. They rent Saturday to Saturday

-- No 2014 reservation has been made. The poor thing was only used once by a cousin a few years back. The next year's maintenance fee is due in February.
I think anyone could use it ASAP.

And when you say free other than taking over Maintenance Fees, are you offering to pay the transfer and closing costs? Or would you be looking to the new owner to pay those?
-- I would love for my mom not to have pay the February 2015 maintenance. I'd be willing to pay transfer / closing costs.

Thanks for any / all help!
