We have a week 33 at Fox Run that we are offering for free. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and is managed by VRI. Maintenance fees are approx 640 a year. We are willing to pay closing and resort transfer fee. New owner is responsible for 2015 fee. This unit has no steps into it so it makes it a perfect choice for someone who has difficulty with steps. There are 2 levels of steps inside (7 steps each). Somehow inside steps are easier to manage than those outside. Maintenance crew were always helpful in helping us unload. Beautiful week and unit at a beautiful resort.
