I've received multiple e-mails a few months apart through Redweek from Melissa Powell stating "My husband and I are interested in my TS, can you send rental agreement for us to look at?"

My scam radar is up because of the duplicate message but its through Redweek so not sure.

Anyone ever been contacted by this Melissa Powell?

It could be a scammer - there was recently a scammer working Redweek and I even got an email from Redweek about it.

You could report her to Redweek.

Actually she appears to be legit. She had forgotten our exchange in August and seems interested in renting 2 NVC weeks from us. If this goes through it will continue to make 2012 a banner year for renting our Marriott prime weeks.

She's probably looking for a free rental agreement for her own use.
