Sudwala units in South Africa - Free!

We have enjoyed many great trades with our Sudwala timeshares, a South African RCI Silver Crown resort. We are now traveling less and don't need them any more. If you travel off season, these units result in some great trades. We have been to Maine, Sedona, Branson, Florida, Hilton Head, Myrtle Beach, Massachusetts, Vermont, etc. - all wonderful trips!

2014 maintenance fees are paid. Refurbishment is paid. All units are paid in full. Your cost would start with 2015 maintenance fees.

I combined the units and booked one week for this year before realizing I would need to part with the units. There are still 29 TPUs left that could be transferred to buyer, if they desire - this is negotiable.

The management is easy to deal with via email and you can deposit the week with RCI and and submit credit card payment without any trouble.

There are 33 TPUs, not 29.

Forgot to post amount of very reasonable maintenance fees for 2014 - sorry. I paid:

207H10 - R 3281.30 ($326.40)

501H6 - R2952.40 ($293.68)

056H16 - R3281.30 ($326.40)



Total - R9515 ($946.48)

I combined them, so do not remember the exact TPUs for each, I think they were somewhere around 12, 14 and 15. I called RCI and they said they could not tell me since I had combined them. The 33 TPUs are what remain AFTER I booked a week - it is not a total of 33 TPUs for all three.
