Free North Myrtle Beach and 2014 usage

Giving away my Peppertree By The Sea week 36 in North Myrtle Beach (thanks again, George!), along with the 2014 usage - check in Sunday Sept. 7. This is a spacious ground floor, direct oceanfront, 1 BR sleeps 6 (comfortably) unit. The Sunday check in week alternates between Labor Day and the NMB Fall Shag Festival. Annual MF's are $510. Only reason I am giving it away is that I have moved to the west coast and won't be able to use it. You pay for the legal paperwork - approximately $125 I believe - and the $75 resort transfer fee to SPM Resorts (great management, imho) and the week and the 2014 usage are yours.

Bump and update

I'll throw in half the closing costs/transfer fees. This resort gets bum rap reviews from renters, due to many of the rental units being street view, and many of the units being smaller. This unit, however, is large and comfortable, and as mentioned, direct oceanfront on the ground floor.

I'll vouch for this unit. A couple of years ago I gave it to the current owner after using it myself for many years. Open a sliding glass door and walk right out onto a wide beach. Also unique to this unit are 2 bunk beds recessed into the hallway wall. Great if you have a couple of kids.
