Ridge Tahoe, 2BR EOY Prime Season, $150 including Closing and Resort Transfer

I am giving away my Ridge Tahoe week. It's a 2BR /2BA in the Plaza Building. Floating from week 50-14, and then week 20-37. M/F is just under $1000. Usage starts from week 50 this year (but all the winter holiday weeks are gone at this point). Currently we have a summer week reserved.

We had lots of fun there over the years, both in winter and summer. Now that our kids have grown, we have less usage for a week in Tahoe. $250 go towards closing and resort transfer.

Is this with II or RCI affiliation?

It's with both.

This is a great resort. We have owned there for 15 years and love it.

Thanks! We have owned there for many years and had great memories I called Ridge and was told that they can sell the week with $550 net proceeds to me but need to wait for 12 months. I guess if I can not sell, this will be one option...
