One bedroom, tenth floor, facing Las Vegas Blvd. This is a deeded, fixed week (Week 10 - early March) unit. If you don't use that week, you have up to two years to use another available unit. This property is exceptionally well maintained.
The unit is available for 2016 and I will pay the 2016 Maintenance Fee, which was $805 for 2015.
My wife and I purchased the unit in 1995, shortly after it was built, and enjoyed many vacations there. We made day trips to Zion National Park, Death Valley, and numerous other places from there. We also swapped it for other timeshares through II.
My wife passed away and I haven't been able to use it lately.

I believe that if the unit is paid for you can give it back to DRI for a small fee ($250) You then would not owe the 2016 MFs of ~$850

See this thread about giving back you DRI TS http://tugbbs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=224859

Good Luck

Bill, that worked! They took back my timeshare. Thanks to you and TUG for saving me maintenance fees for 2016 & beyond.
