When you figure it out. That is if you have 3 couples. You are only talking about 140 a night for a 3500 sq ft. villa with your own pool and spa and daily maid service.

$116.67 per night per couple to be precise. The challenge is having 3 couples who would tavel together each year to get to that low cost per night.

Montecristo

Was just at Sunset and went down to Copala. Houses are selling in the 2-3 million range and this is down by the golf course close to Montecristo.
Odd year will go for about 54K from the developer. annual use is 100K at Montecristo.
By the way the condos at Copala are selling like hotcakes.

At $2500 per week for ten people, that only $35 per night per person!
This would be a great place for three couples (who get along) to buy together.:whoopie:
