Hello, I have been thinking about this offer ever since you made your initial posting. If the villa is still available, I would like to go forward with taking it over from you. I will reimburse you for this year's maintenance fees as I would like to book it for October

Why are so many posters new?

Just wondering why lately I have been seeing a lot of Bargain Deals posters and takers of bargain deal very new posters. Why do you think that is? Are they really interested or only interested in getting your information to put us on a mailing list or phone call log?
Funtime I know you know what your doing as you are long time member with TUG and have been very generous with your help through the years.
Just wanted to warn you that PB resorts sales staff has been getting into a Mayan Palace sales mind so please be careful. I am afraid the entire organization which was once very ethical for timeshare has declined.

I think may people read and don't post since they are in research mode. I lurked for months before even registering, let alone posting. I had nothing to add with so much to learn.
