Shell owners having access to Wyndham

Just curious: what is the timeline for Shell owners to access the Wyndham inventory? Is it set up like it is with Wyndham and Worldmark trading system? It's my understanding if you own Wyndham and want Worldmark then you pay a $99 Fee and have to wait until the 9 month mark. Just want to know the " rules"

NO it is like how Worldmark used to be before they pulled them all out into the Club thing and started charging extra fees, at least extra for us who have free unlimited transactions.

I just a few nights in Ontario and it was like a regular transaction.
