Looks like the Desert Blue project is moving along....just looked at deeds in Las Vegas and Wyndham received a 3 million dollar deed on West Twain LLC.
I believe that is the address of the Desert Blue project. (3200 West Twain)

Drove to desert blue on July 4th this yr. A lot of work to be done it appeared, lots of dirt/sand no official looking entrance to the place. Kinda funny how some of the grand desert workers were clueless as to what it would be like once all done. Rumors from them were 'this will be a VIP place, only VIPs can book a room." That doesn't sound right. Building itself looks very nice, I hope the pool is huge and fancy. I really hope this place is top notch in the end.

I was in Las Vegas over Labor Day weekend and the outside looks like it is done (more like an office building than a timeshare).

I would be interested in what the point value would be. Definitely off the strip (bit of a walk), but most likely there will be shuttles available to get to the strip. There are shuttles from the Rio to Harrahs.

I wouldn't walk from the timeshare to The Strip. It is very industrial in the area, and I'd call it somewhat spooky.
