With a significant addition of Wyndham points, I have way too many weeks that I cannot use.

For sale
-2Br Palace View Branson Lockoff 10-52 Float.
-Top Rated on both RCI & II
-Maintenance Fees: ~$530 Every other Year
-Even and Odd available - Take your pick or both if you like

Usage
-Over the years, I have split the two 1Br and deposited into RCI or II
-Very good trading power in II to pull top tier weeks
-RCI TPU range is 18-24 historically for prime weeks reserved and deposited.
-Any week in 10-52 can be deposited further in RCI points for 39.5K per 1Br -as Points for Deposit.

Offer
- Closing & Transfer will be paid by me
- Resort requires a $750 prepayment of Maintenance fees for EOY
- I'll split this with the potential buyer. Whole amount is added to transfer paperwork by seller for Palace View on transfer.

The tpu's range it's per each bedroom of the lock off or for the unit as a whole?
Assuming it's per each side of the lock off.
Do a member has to pay a combine fee to rci or a combine fee doesn't apply to the total of each bedroom of a lock off for a single year deposit?
Example. If each part it's 20 tpu's, does that mean I will have 40 tpu's for the exchange without a fee to combine?

I have read resort doesn't allow owners to deposit the highest tpu's week (summer weeks), what has been your experience depositing a week of your choice?

Yes, it is for each side bringing the total up to approx. 40 tpu+. In RCI, they will land as two different deposits. If you need to combine, yes, RCI will charge a combine fee.

Regarding deposits, they did make it harder as they will not agree to it upfront. A little persistence and it will go through. Mine have always been July 4 and memorial day once.

And the trading power in II is fairly strong too. Have used my 1br deposits to exchange into 2br Four Seasons Aviara, 2BR Marriott Newport Coast, among other 2BR trades. If I wasn't planning a 2015 Disneyworld trip to stay on property, I would probably utilize II exclusively, since I could trade my 1br for 2br and 3br Marriotts in Orlando during the same time period.

One thing to know is that PV can make depositing prime weeks difficult. When you call, they may tell you that you cannot deposit weeks 21-32. That is only the answer I get when I call M-F. I have found that the Saturday crew does not subscribe to this philosophy. So I make my prime reservations first, and then follow up with a call on a Saturday to deposit.

Maintenance fees?

Did you say fees are around $530 every other year? How much are taxes?
I think I also understand new owner must prepare $750 at purchase time. Does this include a transfer fee?

I had bunch of leads on this one with one serious buyer. That said, the buyer's sole purpose was to farm this ownership for its RCI Points via PFD. Due to an immediate need, the fellow tugger ended up buying Points instead.

To confirm, the first use year would be 2015 now for the ODD and 2016 for the EVEN ownership. That said, you can access the weeks as soon as Now for the odd and next year for the even.
