Ok, I've picked up a couple other units recently and I need to move one of my 2 bedroom lockoffs at Tahiti in Las Vegas. It's usage is annual, I hear next years maintenance is $661.00 The renewal date is March 1.

I've done well with these units. It trades with Interval or RCI. I've always used Interval. I've traded into Maui, Sedona, Tahoe, Northern Wisconsin, and other places. The nice part is all but Wisconsin's maintenance fees were much higher than my maintenance and trade fees combined. I've routinely split the unit going into Interval and gotten larger units.

When I've stayed at Tahiti, I can check in any day of the week. I can go for partial weeks in the whole or part of the unit. Tahiti has free shuttle service to the strip and the last time I was there, offered a continental breakfast daily. There are 2 pools and quite a few BBQ's to use. Next to the resort are several restaurants, a Walgreens, a grocery store and a Starbucks. The Orleans casino is close enough to walk to in all but the hottest weather. it's a nice quiet resort.

OK, for the nuts and bolts, the Unit is free. I'll pay the transfer fee and the closing costs as well.

Hi,

Thanks for the generous offer. I have a question. I have been seeing online that the maintenance fee for 2 bedroom is around 900 dollars. How come this is different? Or do they have different phases? Thanks!

Tahiti Village, which it on Las Vegas Blvd, is over 900 for their 2bdrm maintenance fee. This is Tahiti, which is on Tropicana, just off Decatur. Tahiti is Consolidated Resorts mid level resort (Club De Soleil is the low end resort). I have stayed in both, I like both. If I have the kids, I trade into Tahiti Village. It has been quite easy. I can get a 2 bedroom at TV for a 1 bedroom at Tahiti through Interval.
I prefer Tahiti when it is an adult trip. It's much quieter there.
