I will donate a 2 bedrooms timeshare at Shores at Lake Travis converted 39,600 rci points annually beginning in 2014.home resort use: annual floating week: 21-39. The 2014 maintenance fee was 602$. The buyer will reveice the 39 600 point for 2014 for free. I will pay ALL the title transfer

This is annuel platium summer week converted to 39 600 rci points every years. This is not a lock-off 2 bed. The resorts management is vacations resort international (VRI). You can exchange with II, RCI or VRI if you dont want the rci points.

This is a GOOD DEAL -- I will explain why.

There have been several threads & posts recently asking about being a SNOWBIRD in South Florida.

VRI and RCI Points is a wonderful mix. RCI Points has several booking windows before it open up to the MASSES of RCI Points owner. Many VRI resorts are on the WEST coast/Texas .. many are the older resorts in or along the coast in FLORIDA.

The booking window is HOME WEEK (month 13 before check in), HOME RESORT (month 12 before check in), HOME GROUP (month 11 before check in) and then at month 10 EVERYONE else in RCI Points.

So what is HOME GROUP? That is VRI!!! And that will get you SNOWBIRD weeks in Florida. At the FLBR, that is 38,500 for a 1bdr/1bath unit - full exchange fee.

Yes, at this time i have all the march week at FLBR :

With VRI group points reservation window, you can make a reservation to Cape Cod 11 mouth before other membres.

So with this TS, I could use the RCI points to book a DVC rental or a Vistana TS every year? It is a an RCI points account?

Yes, its RCI account, you can stay at all rci resort, Hilton grand vacation club, Disney vacation club, Sheraton Vistana, Manhattan club, etc

I doubt that those 39,600 points are going to get one's foot too far in the door at a Disney, HGVC, Sheraton, Manhattan Club. Those require a lot higher point count for a week during prime season. But it's a start. Or could be used to add to one's holdings. Or being realistic, nice trades through VRI*ety.

RCI points are RCI points... you can save, borrow or make a great Xchange .

DISNEY'S vacations club have a lot of studio with less than 40 000 rci points for a week, not prime week but..i saw a lot of last call with 50% off points

I always make a good echange with those points! No doubt I put my two foots in Hilton, Disney and Manhattan club with those points.

Good job! You've made some excellent exchanges. I can't say I've done as well, but I don't work at it as hard with my ~50K. Still, Europe several times, and 2-3 points vacays a year. Hope yours finds a new home.
