Willing to give up our timeshare at Mountainloft Resort in Gatlinburg, TN for closing cost only (about $400). It is a 1 bedroom condo for week 13 (Spring Break Week for some schools). Nice Resort. Trades well with Interval International due to its "Red Week" status. Our family cannot take full week of vacation anymore due to jobs. Maintenance fees are reasonable at $300-$400 annually.

Unless this resort has a separate transfer cost, you can get a professional transfer for about $150-$200 from LT Transfers.

You will have more luck giving it away, if you cover that cost.

It would also be helpful if you listed the exact maintenance fee.

Bluegreen does have a transfer fee. I will call them to see exactly what the cost is.

The cost to transfer a Bluegreen unit is $450 paid to BG. Depending on the type of ownership there may also be deed transfer costs.

Is this a fixed week or is it in their points system? If in the points system it would be best to state the number of points and if it's annual or biennial

It is a deeded week. The last time that I contacted Bluegreen, the transfer cost was much less than $450. I will check with them.
