i have a 2 BR, condo, Deeded annually and floats 1-51. Totally refurbished in December of 2015. Close to Disney. Free to good home. Building 405 section. 2016 Dues already paid and week available to use. Was $930 due to refurbishing. Buyer needs to pay approx $200 for closing and transfer cost only. Would love for a tugger to get this one.

Dues were $930 due to refurbishing, is that now the regular yearly dues?
